MB&A Consulting, LLC was founded in 2008 by Melinda Allen.  Focused on Food Safety and Quality Systems audits and program development, MB&A Consulting continues to grow with the addition of retail quality assurance support, training and GFSI auditing and consulting.

A 20+ year professional with a BA in Biology, dairy production experience and leadership and support of major restaurant companies such as Taco Bell, Burger King, Popeye's, Quiznos, Panda Express and HoneyBaked Ham.  Melinda has manufacturing audit experience in all food categories.
